If you scale all the dimensions of any TEM line, the impedance will
stay the same.
Also, I have an Excel spreadsheet that lets you find impedances (a
free download but I don't have the URL handy...), and there are
several stripline/microstrip applets on the web...should be easy to
find with a Google search. Perhaps the best answer is to use the
transmission line calculator in RFSim99, which is free and does a
whole lot more than just transmission lines.
