Thanks - the map you provide is actually north of my neighborhood, but
being near the bayshore margin, I am definitely in a high liquefaction
risk zone.

My neighbor's from Louisiana and he waters way too much. I just use the
cooler hose for a few patches of Bermuda and a few trees.
