mount & bolt it to the hitch or where the hitch is bolted...Go to some of
the screwdriver dealers like High Sierra & look at all the mounts on many

hi howard and thanks...no, i checked that. the element is barren of
any attachment points...very well thought out!

Some years back, I went to a welding shop and asked them to weld a steel
strap to the car for an antenna mount. They found a spot on the left rear
where the strap would stick out and hold a mobile antenna. The shop rounded
the edges on the part of the strap sticking out, and drilled a hole in the
strap for the insulated whip connector. It worked out great.

i've been giving that some thought. may talk to my mechanic to see if
he can recommend a spot...
