I should have kept looking through that list before hitting SEND on
that previous message because there is a station on 590 kHz much nearer
Miami, FL than WARM-AM that also carries The Oldies Radio Channel,
namely WAFC-AM 590 in Clewiston, FL "*serving South Florida*"

So this is undoubtedly the station which you head last night in Miami, FL,
and thus is not a long distance station at all, but just a station on the
edge of night time reception.
