Yep. The "lie detector" doesn't really detect lies. But in K00kworld,
we are to believe that an inconclusive test was faked because -- because
-- because -- well, I don't know why an inconclusive test would be need

DNA tests are not 100 percent either, according to a long article I once read in Popular Mechanics magazine not many years ago.
