Default Should this design work?

Just this morning I start thinking about a new j-pole design.

After some search on the internet, I made a simple drawing and put it up he http://www.fluxfm.nl/jpole/antenna.htm

Would you please be so kind and take a look up there, and let me know of the way I want to build it can work, or not
work at all because of?

Looking forward for any reply!

Best regards,

Michel
