I want to send one bit of information from place A to place B. The
distance between A and B is 2 kilo meters. What i should do for this.
Please help me. cost is not an issue. What type of transmitter and
receiver i need or i need antenna . Basically i am computer science
student , I don't know all these things. If anybode will send required
information for this problem it helps me a lot.

Even a 'computer science student' should have thought of using a
postcard. Less cost than First Class Mail -- even if "cost is not an
issue." Just write a BIG "1" or "0" for the appropriate 'bit' on the
card and send it off.

Of course, you could always encrypt it -- if necessary.

Then, you might use rifle shots. One equals "bit". Two equal "no-bit".

I suppose "place A" could always telephone "place B", and inform them of
the state of the bit.

Of course, it usually requires more 'bits' to complete a homework
assignment.
