Heh, I didn't read all that you had to say but I am glad you posted and
hopefully you told your friends to come on over and join in with
you,.The more the merrier I say especially people like you so that we
can give a demonstration as to what ham radio is all about. I will read
the rest of what you wrote incase I missed something that was of
consequence which is why you should call all your fellow hams what ham
radio is all about plus your contribution to make it move in the way
that you want. To make an impact you must have numbers to be heard.
World Radio will not report the goings on on this newsgroup until we
get the numbers up So please, please call your friends and tell them
about this newsgroup and tell them to start at the beginning of each
thread so they can judge ham radio for themselves. Just loved your
contribution to this thread, we need more people like you on this group
to guide others how they should participate, yours is an excellent
example
Cheers

How can we miss it with the multi-postings? But in order for *you*
to see the charade, I'm afraid a mirror will be needed.
You **** and whine because no one can understand the silly
jibber jabber you throw out...
You **** and whine because no one will try to do or repeat work *you*
should be doing, or already have done.
The solution to your problem is actually very simple, and Dave has
already
given it to you. Build the dang thing and see if it works as you say
on an antenna range.
If it works as you say, *maybe* someone will see a use in it.
If they do, *maybe* you can sell it. Simple. You don't even have to be
born in England to fiqure that one out. A dumbass redneck Texan
like I can see that simple solution in a half second.
If you build it, and it works, maybe they will come.
If you build it and it doesn't work, probably they won't.
To foist among the public a "miracle whip" which you haven't even
taken time to test in the real world is the ultimate charade.
I can make a puter modeling program spit out nearly anything I want
if I caress it in a favorable manner. I imagine others can too. Ask
Cecil about his dipoles that show in excess of 20 dbi.. Sure the
"supergain" can be there *if* you can get power to the antenna with
that super low feedpoint Z. Good luck in the contest trying to achieve
this
task. I bet I could keep up with you using a regular coax fed dipole
and
5 watts power.
You seem to require our permission for you to tinker with this new
miracle whip array. Well, you have my official permission to knock
yourself out.
BTW, why is it that you can't make post without whining about Roy,
Richard, Dave, etc, etc.
I was building a new fangled miracle whip, and they told me it wouldn't

work as planned, I'd tend to listen to them myself. If I had trouble
believing
them, I would build a real antenna instead of arguing about it on
usenet.
If your theory? is correct, it should work as planned. If not.. Well...
Time to conjur up a new miracle whip.
Lurk mode off, and back to those silly boat wrecking rednecks in
Deliverence..

Atta boy don't give up we need more examples to show everybody what ham
radio is all about and we have in our newsgroup Roy who is able to sell
his wares to you at a cheeap price. The fact that he is the author of
that comes up regularly and he likes conversation to revolve about it
as that is what he is here for to make money and having fun stiring up
trouble. Tell others they will be in excellent company if only they
will join the newsgroup.
Actually you fit in quite well with him not for stirring up trouble but
to get people to the newsgroup to see what ham radio is all about. We
have archives to so they can check back on the likes of Richard and Roy
over the years to see how many hams they have tangled with and I mean
real hams whose names are easily recognisable Look this is your chance
to show others how much you enjoy ham radio I am sure they will be
impressed with your writings so that they can also join the fun...keep
going going going going go

The more the merrier. Richard and Roy have flogged this newsgroup for
more than a decade and got rid of many a good ham so only are a few
left but I am not going anywhere. I want as many people as I possibly
can to see where I called their bluff and they ran away.

Here we are a ham radio newsgroup doing what we should be doing,
pulling people down scratching peoples eyes out anything to get an
augument going this is what Richard and Roy have been doing for years
and there are always suckers who will follow them.
And now the code went up in flames and a few more disatisfied hams will
get the ball rolling on another lengthy augument. If you really want to
do something for ham radio tell your friends to come and have a look
see as we are becoming quite a diverse group here and they all will
probably fit in quite well. And yes point out how I was hammered by the
so called experts on antennas and when I called their bluff they ran
away Dave was his name egged on by Richard who is.. well I wont go
into that,,, reading this will provide a good lesson for a lot of
newbies in than when you are given advise by people postering as
experts alway but always get a second or third opinion otherwise you
may run into somebody like I did. Please, please call your friends so
they can see what ham radio is all about, the more the merrier, their
are a lot of people here willing to give advice and they aren't shy. Oh
and by the way we follow the army thinking on this newsgroup meaning
don't ask, don't tell so you will never know the person you are getting
close to,don't say I didn't warn you.

Woe is Art. Yes, it is true. We have bludgened poor ole Art into
obvious
submission. Beaten down, bloody, but not whipped yet!!!, sayeth Art.
Isn't flogging the practice of using those tassled whips against ones
own
body, or am I thinking of something else. I may be confused, cuz I R A
redneck. If I'm thinking of the correct term and practice, then this
would fit well.
Why? Cuz every time I read one of your posts, I get the impression you
are
flogging yourself with one of those tassled leather whips.
To an innocent bystander, this might give the impression that Art is
battling a mighty heavy fly problem. Or maybe he itches badly.. I
dunno..
Woe is Art.
Woe is Art's latest antenna too.. There I said it. A big slap with the
tassled
miracle whip I give to thee.. :/
Woe is Art.

Yea, my point is for me to know, and others to find out...

Have you called any of your buddies yet

Nope.. I'm on a new movie now... The boat wrecking rednecks went home.

Not me.. The more posts, the longer it takes me to read them.
People, lets keep things simple if you please.. Thank you.

This place is a hoot, thats fer sure.. CW, CB, Rednecks, Miracle Whips,
heck, what for can you ask for?

We are so much better than CB if you like the fighting banter

This ain't ham radio or CB. This is usenet.

Cheers and beers

Well, I might have one new years maybe... But I generally don't drink
anymore.
And if I did, it probably won't be a beer. More like a big Texas sized
heaping
helping of Crown Royal, the favored brew of us fisticated rednecks.
But I probably won't, cuz it would give me brain damage the next day.
I can't afford to lose any brain cells if I want to deal with sharp
guys like you
on a regular basis. :/
Woe is me..

difference.
Keep going like your doing and enjoy the company that you are
associating with and show them what ham radio is all about
Cheers and yes the beers

Glad there are some lurkers out there to see this charade

the only charade is your rather transparent attempt to draw those on here
into a fight. you'll need some better technical material to do that though.
your other postings about the death of ham radio and its replacement by the
internet make this even more obvious, you never wanted to discuss antennas,
you just wanted to draw someone into an endless discussion of your
bafflegab. the problem is, you didn't have anything good to start with, i
have successfully done that on this news group, but you have to start with
the right lures and enough knowledge to keep it interesting. you
degenerated too quickly to name calling and lost all technical interest, so
good bye and enjoy the new year alone in your thread.

Good riddance to you Dave you never produced evidence about antennas in
your position in the hit group . You posture about your wide experience
but they are just words. You are a taker not a giver
You ran away when I took up your bluff when you thought your bluster
had succeeded
but you have now been exposed as another self perceived expert who when
challenged
shrivelled away back to your original size as the bloating oozed away.
Fortunately everybody got to see it for themselves and hopefully some
lurkers to share the tail with others Sad, sad ,sad always sad when a
ballon sinks to the ground as the hot air leaks away to leave just a
wrinkled skin

Arty,
Dave has more antennas than you ever saw in your life, all you have is
incoherent bafflegab crap, then insults, and patent that tells the world
that reflector is shorter than driven element, etc. For that, Her Majesty
awarded you life time callsign M0RON.
Your other crap about America and ham radio just paints the complete picture
of your mental state.
Frankly my dear, you are full of sheeeeet!

I knew that eventually you would show up expressing your bad language
At least onlookers have another entrant to show what ham radio really
is.
The perception that ham radio is a public service doesn't seem to stand
up so good
when they get to see what ham radio comprises of. Thanks for coming in
to let people know what joining ham radio operators really entails. Pop
back often to educate the on lookers
