Nope, the bottom of the tapered section is the
specified 11.25". Somewhere between the beginning
and end of the 4" tapered section is where the
problem occurs. And two sections are virtually
identical which would seem to rule out any
accident.


Might be a Transistion Section, between Rohn 25 and 15.......

Don't know much about 15. Someone else suggested
that someone may have used three sections of
water pipe tied together at the top, for a top
section. I'll just have to bring them back in
spec before I try to install them again.
