Could you post the Murata part number? What data DO they have? If
they have complex impedance versus frequency, or apparent inductance and Q versus frequency, or inductance, self-resonance, and Q versus frequency, it should be nearly trivial to convert any of those to S11 versus frequency. Over at least a limited frequency range, you could use RFSim99 to generate the S-parameter file from a model based on inductance, Q and self resonance -- limited frequency range only because you'll probably have a hard time getting the Q of the model to match that of the inductor over a wide range. I need to add in that schematic a matching inductor whose model should be s-parameter based too. This inductor is produced by Murata and I'would like to know if, in your opinion, is possible to get the dataset of s-parameter for this component in typical range of frequency. I visited their website but I'was not able to find that data. Had someone did that before? Camelot |
