ARISS antenna selection?
FWIW, I worked ARISS with 50 watts and a simple ground plane. They were
about 400 miles away (ground distance) and said I had full quieting. It was an almost random contact. A web site mentioned that they were active; I turned on my little FM rig and there he was. No one else called and we chatted for about two minutes. Bill - W2WO |
