Bolts when torqued stretch, once stretched they can never be safely
re-torqued to the original specs.



The proper bolts and hardware are carried by Rohn dealers, and are
comparitively cheap.

Dealing with rust on the outside of the tower is fairly easy, but you should
verify that the inside of the legs are rust free. Towers can rust from the
inside out, which is extremely dangerous because it can go undetected
until the day it fails.
