Default Difference between models of MFJ-931

Anybody know what the differences are between these two models of MFJ-931
artificial ground?

They are both called "MFJ-931" but as you can see they have different
control layouts.

The former is the one that's currently listed on the MFJ website.

I'm just wondering if they are equivalent electrically and MFJ just
decided to move the controls around a bit.
