I'm having trouble picturing the "screwdriver handle"
in both of those. Could you elaborate, please?

The arrow had a screwdriver that had the shaft trimmed and tapped for
the screw thread of the arrow head.

The stick had a hole drilled in it and the phillips screwdriver stuck
inside the dowel and glued.
