Weren't spots 981 and 990 counted as Cycle 24? They were just little burps,
but they were true Cycle 24, I think.

I find http://www.solarcycle24.com/ interesting. Have not tested it for
accuracy, authenticity, etc. (I'm not smart enough.)

minimum size to be considered a sunspot?

have disappeared.
