You also forgot authentication, traffic shaping, traffic monitoring,
user accounting, user monitoring, abuse detection, abuse management,
abuse mitigation, tech support, troubleshooting assistance, network
management (SNMP), key management, interference detection, etc.
Basically, you're building a system very much like a wire line ISP,
with the added bonus of an unreliable method of delivery.

You're over your head. Please find a suitable network consultant that
can advise you and design a suitable system. There's more to building
a "campus" wi-fi system than just buying a bunch of boxes and wiring
them together. You're not ready to specify any products yet.
