Can the moderator stop these commercial announcements?

Can the moderator stop these commercial announcements?
It is being addressed. Most likely will be eliminated completely soon, if
it hasn't already. I got an email from a very responsible usenet administrator who is eliminating accounts that are doing it. Rick |
