Default unOfficial NEC Archives update

NEC Archive users:

Lately the server holding the unOfficial NEC Archives
(http:///www.qsl.net/wb6tpu) has become so slow as to almost be unusable
for downloads due to overloading on the system. (There are presently
50,000+ (yes, 50K) web pages being hosted on the Dual 1.2 GHz Pentium
III Linux box that hosts the archives.)

In the interests of keeping the archives a viable and accessible
resource I have moved the content of the archives to the server that
hosts the www.si-list.org web pages (si-list is a Signal Integrity
oriented discussion list). The archives can be accessed at the
following address: http://www.si-list.org/swindex2.html

Since the http://www.qsl.net/wb6tpu address is a well known portal
(Google shows 29,000+ references on the web) the page pointers on that
site have been adjusted to point to the new location at si-list.org.

Downloads that have been taking 'forever' or timing out with a transfer
rate of about 0.3kB/s on the qsl.net site now clip along at about
100kB/s on the si-list.org site.

I'll probably be fine-tuning things a bit and removing any bugs that
crept in as the result of the transfer, but the new location is
accessible and fully functional at this time.

Thank you Ray. You are providing an invaluable resource.

I personally am finding 4NEC2 a powerful tool. and the 3-D graphics output
plot truly is superb. This program by Arie far outshines some commercial
antenna modelling programs costing upwards of 400 dollars.
