Default Supporting 450 ohm feeders across an open area

I am looking for a way to run 450 ohm wire to a tower approximately 50
feet away from the shack. The tower is only 32 feet high, but I plan
on doing one of Cebik's (or is it Cecil's) rotatable 44 foot dipoles
fed with open wire feeders. I'm wondering what some of you have done
to support a run of open wire feeders to stop it from flopping in the
wind. Thread some rope through the windows of the feed line? Thanks.
