Dear Mr. Tarmo Tammaru,

Thank you for this very touching information.

I hope Mr. Robert A. Chipman stands in good health
and I think this is a most appropriate time
for an acknowledgment of his work
which he definitely deserves.

If he does not following this newsgroup,
maybe somebody else
he already informed him
that his name and work is repeatedly mentioned
in a lot of discussions here
for the last one or perhaps two months.
