Hi All
If you get the connector hot enough to damage the phenolic in the Amphenol connectors, the coax was all ready melted and dripping out the back. Heat resistance is a non issue. -- John Passaneau, W3JXP Penn State University "Bert Craig" wrote in message ... Thanks to all who replied. I think I'll just stick with the Silver-plated Amphenol 83-1SP. The phenolic has never melted on me and the Silver-plated body has always soldered up FB. Tnx agn es... -- Vy 73 de Bert WA2SI FISTS #9384 QRP ARCI #11782 |
