Hi Fred, If you have an MFJ antenna analyzer it is easy. You have to measure the choking Impedance at the frequency of interest. Rule of thumb is 10X the transmission line or Antenna Impedance, depending on where the the balun is located. 50 ohm impedance, 500 ohm choke impedance.
