Okay. I got part number 15-1140 at Radio Shack. I haven't really

people connect wires to those two metal "horseshoes" that are coming
out of it? I was thinking of just taping some wire to them, but I'd
like it fastened more securely if possible.

Normally, they go under screws.

You could use a #8 screw and nut to compress them against your wire.
