New version of APRSPoint available with MapPoint 2004

A new version of APRSPoint is available. It incorporates a lot of new
changes and enhancements and works with both MapPoint 2002 and 2004.
MapPoint 2004 was just released by Microsoft and is available as part
of the package. It contains lots of new additional map data for North
