"Avoid check surplus bolts of unknown origin." All bolts may have questionable origin. In addition to the bolt`s shear strength, it may loose its head at too low a torque. Use a torque wrench to measure the point at which several bolts lose their heads. Best regards, Richard Harrison, KB5WZI |
