Default Inrad CW Filters for Kewood TS-830

I am looking to upgrade my Kenwood TS-830 with Inrad CW filters. The 400Hz
filter for the 8830KHz IF is "wire-in". I am not sure how it installs. IN
any case, it strukes me as a "kludge." Wondering if anyone has used the Inrad
400 Hz 455KHz IF filter in combination with the standard Kenwood 500 Hz
8830KHz IF filter and how that performs compared to the Inrad filters in both
IFs.

Tnx es 73,
Barry Newberger W5KH
