Good luck.

Look in the magazines from the fifties, and there were various ads
for things for sale that had to have sold in limited quantities since
they were not a major company and you don't see any real reference
to the rigs other than those ads. A step above someone building
for themselves.

But, I think a better explanation for your rig would be a club project.
There was a wave when that seemed a popular concept, the members get
together and either choose an existing project from the magazines
or design something, and then they'd buy the parts in bulk and every
member signed up would get a kit. They might even build them up
together.

WHich doesn't really help. If it was a club project, that still
doesn't tell you whether the club threw the design together, or
picked some existing project.

I agree ,This looks to be a club project , The kind you might find in G-E
HAM NEWS
They have a 6 meter radio in July - August 1955 that looks a lot like this
radio
BAMA does not have all issues of G - E HAM NEWS
I live in Indiana and might have gotten this at the Peru hamfest .
Thanks Garry WW9GT

Hi Garry:

I would be willing to bet a nickel that it is a club project. With 5 tubes,
it sounds like a super-regen receiver. Check out the Heath Twoer. That was
super-regen. See if the tube line-up is similar.
