Hey gang,

It's time once again for the annual HCRA Auction. Join over 100 buyers
and sellers for a great time and good bargains.

November 6, 2009

Setup: 6:00 PM
Auction starts: 7:00 PM

Free admission for both buyers and sellers.

Seller fee: 10% (up to $250 per item) as club donation.

Raffle Prize: Yaesu VX-150R w/battery and charger. Tickets are $1 each
or a book of 6 for $5 donation. Drawing at the end of the auction,
winner need not be present.

New this year - HOT DOGS & soda! In addition to coffee & donuts HCRA
will also be offering dogs and drinks!

Buyers: Free admission for everyone, members and non-members alike.
Bring a friend and have a great time!

Sellers: Please mark your items with your name, call (if you have one)
and minimum acceptable bid (if you want to). Items without a minimum
will sell for the highest bid. Computer monitors and printers should be
left at home, they typically don't sell for any reasonable price. There
is no disposal on site, if it doesn't sell you bring it home! The
auctioneers reserve the right to combine small items into larger groups
to expedite the auction experience. 10% of the first $250/each sale is
the selling fee.

Donations of items are always welcome. Do you have something so bad you
would be embarrassed to put your call on it? Then donate it and we will
get what we can with all of the proceeds going to help support this
annual event.
