BPL endorsed by FCC, another threat to HF ham radio

I've been following this threads on BPL, and, while I could be wrong, so far
as I can determine, the FCC has not indicated one way or the other whether it
intends to approve this new service.

Up to this point it seems that one commissioner has made a speech to the trade
association backing the plan and has indicated her support. What have we heard
from the other four commissioners?
