Dresser" writes: I had to cross the dial cord at the bandspread cap to get the tuning knob, the bandspread dial and tuning knob to get into agreement. I say it was incorrect for my radio, because it looked like the diagram would have been correct if the bandspread dial were calibrated in the opposite direction. Maybe the existance of incorrect Halli manuals explains why an SX-25 that I once had, worekd fine but the BS dial worked backwards! Someone followed the manual too closely :-) I have another SX-25 now whose dial reads correctly, so it wasn't just a quirk of that radio -- I think we'd all know aobut it if it was! --Mike K.
