Default Syntor X programming

Can anyone in the group recommend a reasonable shop to reprogram EEPROM's in
a number of VHF Syntor X units I have? Most will be put back in service for
volunteer firefighters, a few will be used for 2 meters. Thanks in
advance! - Mac
