$200 for a quartz clock in a plastic case.

You can get one for $180 on eBay. I still think the old Mastercrafters clock
with world map is cooler. Best of all, it's not a quartz clock in a plastic
case :-)

My radio room clock is a Le Cross Technology clock set to UTC that
synchronizes with WWVB every night. I never have to worry about resetting
it. It also gives me the date, outdoor temerature, and indoor temperature.

Speaking of our hamshack clocks, some years ago I had a Seiko that showed
time in any of the time zones around the world by a bezel that could move.
It was actually a clock nice enough to go on your mantle, as it was in a
brushed "gold-colored" case, with smoked plastic sides, etc. I really liked
that clock, but in a military move to Korea and back, the movers destroyed
it. Sure wish I could find another one, at a reasonable price -- back in
teh early '80's, I think I paid around $100 for it.
