Default Bonneville Emmis trade.

From radiodailynews.com:

Bonneville International announced it has signed an agreement with
Entercom Communications to trade its three San Francisco FM radio
stations in exchange for three Entercom stations in Seattle and four
Entercom stations in Cincinnati. With the transaction, Bonneville will
add the Seattle and Cincinnati markets to its broadcast footprint,
returning to the Seattle market with the acquisition of KIRO-AM,
KBSG-FM, and KTTH-AM, and adding Cincinnati stations WKRQ-FM, WSWD-FM,
WUBE-FM, and WYGY-FM to its broadcast family. Bonneville will trade, in
return, its San Francisco stations KDFC-FM, KMAX-FM, and KOIT-FM to
Entercom
