WWNO To Launch Classical 104.9 New Orleans

University of New Orleans Public News/Talk New Orleans Public Radio 89.9
WWNO New Orleans will launch Classical 104.9 K285FF Metairie in January
2017.

K285FF will carry the programming currently heard on WWNO-HD2 syndicated by
WFMT Chicago. WWNO purchased K285FF from Crocodile Broadcasting Corporation
in August for $200,000. They applied last week to upgrade the translator to
250w/300m from WWNOs tower.

Less than four months after Inner Banks Media flipped Variety Hits “G97.9�
W250CJ Winterville/Greenville and 94.3 WRHD-HD2 Farmville NC to Soft AC
“Easy 97.9“, the format wheel will spin again on Monday, November 20.

This time W250CJ will flip to Urban AC as Fresh 97.9 under new Program
Director/Midday host Brian B Paiz. W250CJ will also carry the syndicated
Russ Parr Morning Show and Keith Sweat Hotel starting in January. The new
format will compete directly with Beasley Medias market leading 101.9
Kiss-FM WIKS New Bern.

Inner Banks Media also owns Talk 94.1 WNBU Oriental/New Bern, Sports 94.3
The Game WRHD Farmville/Greenville, Country Thunder Country 96.3 WRHT
Morehead City, and News/Talk 103.7 WTIB Williamston/Greenville in the wide
ranging Greenville/New Bern/Jacksonville market.

CRC Broadcasting is purchasing Silent 1580 KHEP Tempe and 99.9 K260CJ
Nogales AZ (with application to move to 99.1 Tempe) from Jacob Barkers
Gabrielle Broadcasting for $450,000 and an LMA to start once the station
commences broadcasting again. CRC also owns Business Money Radio 1510 KFNN
Mesa and two stations in Palm Springs. Gabrielle purchased KHEP (then KMIK)
from Disney for $1.4 million in August 2015.

Barkers Gabrielle Broadcasting then turns around and purchases Christian
Preaching 1280 The Trumpet KXEG Phoenix and 94.1 K231CJ Nogales (with
application to move to 96.1 Phoenix) from Sewanee Phoenix License for
$385,000. Barker currently serves as Station Manager for KXEG.

El Sembrador Ministries is exercising its option to purchase Silent 1040
KURS San Diego CA from Quetzal Bilingual Communications for $900,000. El
Sembrador is being credited half of its Time Brokerage fees paid since July
2014 subtracting $310,000 from the money owed. KURS went silent in early
October after failing to pay tower owner Multicultural Broadcasting due
rent. $10,816 from the deposit paid to Quetzal will go to Multicultural to
restore the stations use of the tower.

Bruce Houstons Metro Radio LLC acquires Classic Hits Max 92.9 WDHC and
Country Cat Country 1010 WCST Berkeley Springs WV from Capper Broadcasting
Company for $365,000.

The Original Company is acquiring Withers Broadcastings Country 97.3 WRUL
and Oldies 1460 WROY Carmi IL and 93.7 W229AU Fairfield IL which has
applied to move to 92.1 in Carmi rebroadcasting WROY for $390,000.

Beeville Investments purchases Classic Rock 107.1 KRXB Beeville TX from
Texkan Communications for $75,000. Beeville Investments also owns Country
Kicker 106 105.7 KTKO Beeville.
