93.9X Rocks Into Indianapolis

Cumulus Media has flipped CHR Energy 93.9 WYRG Lawrence/Indianapolis IN to
Rock 93.9 X WNDX.

Positioned as Indys Rock Station, the new format launched at 12pm on Friday
with Metallica Enter Sandman, Linkin Park Faint, and Bad Wolves Zombie. The
station is running commercial-free for the holiday weekend.

Becoming redundant after Cumulus acquired CHR 99.5 WZPL from Entercom, the
flip away from CHR to Rock places the station between iHeartMedias combo of
Classic Rock Q95 94.7 WFBQ and Alternative Alt 103.3 WOLT.

The Bert Show will move to Hot AC 107.9 The Mix WNTR.

CUMULUS MEDIA announces that Energy 93.9/WYRG-FM flips to 93-9X, Indy’s
Rock Station! The Indianapolis Rock audience can expect to hear songs from
Led Zeppelin, Foo Fighters, AC/DC, Metallica, Nirvana, Guns n’ Roses and
more on 93-9X. The station will run commercial-free through Memorial Day
weekend. The Bert Show moves from WYRG to mornings on sister station 107.9
The Mix/WNTR-FM.

Binnie Media Makes Trio Of Flips In New Hampshire

Binnie Media has made three format changes in New Hampshire to kick-off the
Memorial Day weekend.

AC 98.3 WLNH-FM Laconia and 98.7 The Bay WBYY Somersworth/Portsmouth have
both flipped to Classic Hits Frank-FM. The two stations join 106.3 WFNQ
Nashua and 99.1 WNNH Henniker in a network. The four stations will share
the same playlist and on-air staff running unique spotloads.

The expanded network is launching with a Top 500 greatest hits of all time
countdown for the holiday weekend and a new New Hampshires Greatest Hits
positioning.

Additionally News/Talk 1490 WEMJ/107.3 W297BS Laconia has flipped to a
simulcast of CHR 105.5 WJYY Concord to allow that station to better reach
the Lakes Region.

iHeartMedia is applying to regain Classic Hits 1390 KRRZ Minot ND from the
Aloha Stations Trust. KRRZ has been in the trust since it was formed in
2008, but iHeart states that a recent assignment of a broadcasting station
in the Minot-Bismarck-Dickinson (Williston) ADI to a third party clears the
way to return KRRZ to their direct ownership.

Blue Sky Media purchases Classic Hits 1430 KALV Alva OK from MMK of Alva
for $136,000. KALV will join Blue Skys ownership of Hot AC The Pulse 105.7
KRDR Alva.

The University of Oregon sells Classical 92.3 KWRZ Canyonville/Roseburg OR
to Brooke Communications for $25,000. Brooke will convert KWRZ to
commercial operation and become the companys sixth station in its Roseburg
cluster.

4-Ks LLLP donates 92.9 K225BS Denver to Open Media Foundation. OMF recently
surrendered the license of 104.7 KOMF-LP Denver to allow 4-Ks 104.7 K284CI
Denver to upgrade its signal. K225BS is fed via Rocky Mountain Public
Medias 89.3 KUVO-HD3.

Richard Herring sells 101.3 K267AO Fredericksburg TX to Sun Radio
Foundation for $50,000. Sun will rebroadcast its American Sun Radio network
via 89.9 KTSN-FM Blowout.

Riveira Broadcasting has promoted Ben DJ Complex Romero from Assistant
Program Director/Music Director to Program Director of Rhythmic CHR Power
98.3/96.1 KKFR Mayer/K241BQ Fort McDowell/Phoenix.

Complex has been with the company since 2012 after previously programming
Wild 101.1 KWYD Boise and also was Music Director of Wild 96.1 KWID
Riverside CA. He also continues as APD/MD of Hot AC Hot 97.5/103.9
KMVA/KZON. He fills the opening created by the exit of Mikey Fuentes in
April to focus on his role as Director of Affiliate Relations for the
syndicated Tino Cochino Radio based in mornings at KKFR.

Riviera Broadcasting has announced the promotion of Ben “DJ Complex� Romero
to Program Director of Phoenix’s only rhythmic radio station Power 98.3
96.1.

For over 20 years the “Power� brand has been delivering the best in
rhythmic and hip-hop music to the Valley. “Complex has been a large part of
Power’s success and growth over the years. His work ethic and passion for
the brand and market are second to none. We’re excited to see the next

Jessica Tyler Moves To WOKQ/WPKQ

Townsquare Media has announced the addition of Jessica Tyler to the
position of Assistant Brand Manager of Country 97.5 WOKQ Dover NH and 103.7
The Peak WPKQ North Conway NH/Portland ME, midday host at WOKQ, and
Promotions Director for the Portmouth NH cluster.

She joins the cluster from Cumulus Media Detroit where she served as
APD/MD/midday host at Country 93.1 Nash-FM WDRQ and Music Director for Hot
AC 96.3 WDVD. The move reunites Tyler with cluster Operations Manager
Robbie Bridges who hired her in Detroit and previously worked together at
Hall Communications Cat Country 98.1 WCTK Providence where she was
MD/morning co-host. Tyler has also been APD/morning co-host at SummitMedia
Country Q103.1 WQNU Louisville and worked at Kix 97.9 WPKX Springfield MA.

Townsquare Media heritage country 97.5 WOKQ Portsmouth/Manchester, NH and
WPKQ (103.7 The Peak)/Portland, ME has added industry veteran Jessica
Tyler in the newly created role of Assistant Brand Manager. Ms. Tyler will
also handle middays on WOKQ and serve as Promotions Director for Townsquare
Media Portsmouth.

“Jess’s skills in creating big artist driven listener experiences and
events, her leadership, and her relationships with artists and management
in Nashville are second to none. She’s best in class talent and I’m
thrilled to work with her again as she’ll bring passion to the station in
