I want to buy a cheap "dog" AM radio station. Any
location considered. Ideally seller financed with
little or no money down. Prefer fulltime and
non-directional with favorite being good old class IV
(now called "C" by FCC)AM.

Need not be profitable. Prefer with real estate but
that is not a must.

Again I am not looking to buy WLS, I am looking for a
sick "Dog"!!!

Finders fee will be paid to anyone telling me about a
station if that station is actually purchased. The fee
can be in cash at closing or a percentage of the
station, your choice.
