FCC to Act on BPL Report and Order

The FCC will hold an Open Commission Meeting which has BPL as agenda item #1
on Thursday, October 14th at 9:30 a.m. Eastern time. The Commission will
consider a Report and Order regarding changes to the rules applicable to
Access Broadband over Power Line systems.
