Default Russia marks 70 years of TV broadcasting

A ceremony to unveil a memorial plaque took place in Moscow yesterday,
marking the 70th anniversary of national TV broadcasting in Russia. The
plaque is at 7 Nikolskaya Street, from which the first TV broadcast was made
in 1934, and which now houses the engineering complex of the Russian
National TV and Radio Network...
