Default Luxembourg to run AM DRM tests

From the beginning of next year Luxemburg will run DRM transmissions
on 1440 kHz. No clue, at what hours, I suspect, that they will use it
during their own programming only and if the clients renting the
transmitters want to use DRM. Let's hope, that at least they switch
off the beast at nights.

I'm pessimistic concerning the future of MW-DX, I'm afraid that next
year at this time we'll see a lot of channels occupied by DRM and
reduced chances for TA reception.

I don't have a problem with DRM on shortwave, it's a nuisance, but I
think, we DXers can live with it. But on MW DRM is absolutely lethal.
