Lack of finance I assume.

Lack of _interest_ in financing caused by lack of listeners (i.e., the
service lacks much worth while utility) which has been the case lately with
all but a few of the shortwave broadcasters--it's been shutdown after
shutdown over the past few years.

on Sirius.

Yeha for a fee every month and there is little fun in listening to
Sirrius radio I think.

Yeah, but the former is an online service (yuck) and the latter is a
subscription-based satellite radio service (double yuck).

I've gotten the distinct feeling that you can't stop insulting people.
