The Federal Communications Commission has proposed rules to improve the way
the public receives emergency alerts on their phones, TV's and radios. The
Commission also adopted a Notice of Inquiry to explore the technical
feasibility of delivering EAS alerts via the Internet.

Educational Media Foundation's Air1 Contemporary Christian Network has
hired CJ Lusk to join Lauren Lee in the afternoon drive slot. Lee has been
with the network for over a decade.

week to three. The ESPN podcast will now drop Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

City Cast is hoping to launch daily local news podcasts all over the
country. Two cities are launching this month; Chicago and Denver. Chicago
launches today and Denver launches next week.

This time it was Townsquare's turn to report that, with every passing
quarter, radio has its sights set on returning to the days of old - 2019.
In Q4 Townsquare's revenue decline of 3% was significantly better than the
35% decline in Q2 and 15% decline in Q3.

Landess Officially Takes Over in Charlotte

Marsha Landess will now officially oversee both the Charlotte and Richmond
markets for Urban One. Before Urban One swapped stations in Philly with
Entercom for stations in Charlotte, Landess was RVP/GM over Richmond with
Charlotte GM Matt Hanlon reporting to her.

Cumulus Savannah's Radiothon for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital was
held on Thursday, March 11th-Friday, March 12th. WJCL-FM/KIX96 (Country),
WIXV-FM/I-95 (Rock) and WTYB-FM/Magic 103.9 (Urban AC) teamed up to raise
$91,118 for St. Jude's.
