WABC Adds Charlie Kirk To Lineup

Red Apple Medias Conservative Talk 770 WABC New York and 107.1 WLIR-FM
Hampton Bays NY is adding Salem Radio Networks Charlie Kirk Show for the
12-1pm timeslot.

The same hour of Kirks show currently airs on Salems 970 The Answer WNYM
Hackensack NJ. The 12-3pm timeslot had been held until recently by Curtis
Sliwa and most recently had been split between Dominic Carter from 12:15 to
1:00 and Newsmax TVs Greg Kelly from 1-3pm. Kelly will remain in the 1-3pm
slot.

Kirk, who founded and serves as Executive Director of conservative advocacy
group Turning Point USA, launched his three hour show in October 2020 to
pair with his podcast.

TALKRADIO 77 WABC, New York, along with 107.1 FM WLIR, Long Island,
announced today that Salem Radio Network’s syndicated talker Charlie Kirk
will join the stations’ lineup at Noon ET, beginning Monday, April 12th. 77
WABC is known as one of America’s top NewsTalk radio stations, launching
the national careers of great hosts like Rush Limbaugh, and Mark Levin.

“I am thrilled and honored to take the same time and station where my
friend and American hero Rush Limbaugh launched his national radio show in
1988,� said Kirk. “I am so impressed with what John Catsimatidis has done
since he bought this great station and will commit to doing my part to keep
this as one of the top talk stations in America.�

Kirk joined the Salem Radio Network in the Noon to 3pm time slot last
October 5th and has continued to build in audience and stations. Kirk also
hosts one of the Top 10 podcasts in the USA, wrote a NY Times Bestseller,
and founded Turning Point USA which now counts over 250,000 young people as
members.

“Charlie Kirk has proven to be one of the bright lights of the conservative
movement,� said Catsimatidis. “He’s young, energetic, articulate, and
proving to be a great radio talent.�

Andrew 'Cutter' Puyleart To Move To Mornings At WAPL

Woodward Communications Classic Rock 105.7 WAPL Appleton WI has filled the
morning show opening created by the firing of Len Nelson last month.

Andrew Cutter Puyleart will move from his current position as Music
Director/afternoon host at sister Rock Razor 94.7/104.7 WZOR Mishicot/WZOS
Berling to join Rick McNeal in mornings at WAPL later this spring. Puyleart
is on his second stint at Woodward. He worked at WAPL from 1999 through
2002 before moving to WZOR until 2009 with time in afternoons and mornings
and as Assistant Program Director. After three years at Midwest
Communications Green Bay cluster he returned to WZOR in 2012 in his current
role as MD of both WZOR and WAPL and afternoons at WZOR.

Steve Clendenins Maryland Media One agrees to purchase Carolina Country
106.3 WYAY Bolivia/Wilmington NC from Jeff Androlunis Colonial Radio Group
for $400,000. Maryland Media One is in the process of also acquiring 93.9
WMIR-FM Conway/Myrtle Beach SC from Colonial.

After its $262,500 sale in November 2019 to American General Media never
closed, Colt Comm sells Classic Country 95.7 KKCA Arvin/Bakersfield CA to
Precious Mayes SHEMogul Media LLC for $315,000. Mayes is CEO of a Los
Angeles area hospital.

Butler Broadcast Consultants sells AAA X Key West 104.9 WXKW Key West FL to
James Day for $61,831.08. Nearly half of the purchase price will be
allocated to pay off debts owed including $8983 for purchase of new
transmitter and antenna, $4225 to FCC for delinquent fees, $10,831.08 to
settle a probate case, $527 owned in city license debt, and $3350 for and
engineering study and filing. The estate of Stephen Butler will receive the
remaining $33,915 at closing.

Mountain Wireless sells Cruisin Country 93.5 WCTB Fairfield, AC The Mix
107.9 WFMX Skowhegan and Oldies Legacy 1160 WSKW Skowhegan ME to Jay
Hansons J. Hanson Company for $1.8 million. Hanson has operated the
stations via LMA since December 2007.

Word Power Inc. sells Christian 1480 WPFR/106.3 W292FT Terre Haute IN, 93.7
WPFR-FM Clinton IN, 800 WKZI/94.7 W234CK Casey IL, 91.5 WLHW Casey IL, and
107.9 W300DD Greenup IL to American Hope Communications for $179,000. The
stations had ceased operations in March 2020, and resumed operations last
month.

Cantico Nuevo Ministry sells 1260 KLDS Falfurrias TX to SportsradioCC for
$70,000. The buyer owns Sports 1230 KSIX Corpus Christi.

Star Communications sells Southern Gospel 1400 WVRC/103.5 W278CP and
Mountain Country 104.7 WVRC-FM Spencer WV to Andrew Millers ASM
Communications for $320,000.

One Ministries sells 88.7 KBWK Truth or Consequences NM to Tropics Inc. for
$8000. The buyer describes its objective as KBWK will be an independent,
noncommercial station that serves, engages with, and connects the local
community and visitors to the region through diverse music, information,
and cultural content and a regular weekly public interest show that
specifically addresses the needs of Truth or Consequences, NM.

Lucy 93.3 Austin Adds Ryan Seacrest & Mario Lopez

Waterloo Media Hot AC Lucy 93.3 KGSR Cedar Park/Austin TX is revising its
on-air lineup with the addition of two syndicated shows from Premiere
Networks.

On Air with Ryan Seacrest will be added from 10am-2pm, while On with Mario
Lopez will air in nights from 7-11pm. The station recently launched a local
morning show anchored by B-Doe and comedian Abby Rosenquist replacing
Brooke Jeffrey. B-Doe also hosts 12-3pm on Classic Rock 93.7 KLBJ-FM and
co-hosts Sports Talk on News/Talk 590/99.7 KLBJ from 4-6pm. Rosenquist is
also part of the new Coyote afternoon show on KLBJ-FM.

Program Director Jay Michaels and Bailey will move from middays to
afternoons to round out the new lineup.

Waterloo Media Austin’s Lucy 93.3 – Pop Hits Flashbacks – announced today
the addition of multimedia stars and nationally-syndicated radio
personalities Ryan Seacrest and Mario Lopez to the station’s live weekday
