According to White's Radio Log, in 1951 KATL was operating in Houston,
Texas on 1590 kc at 5000 watts. Then, White's Radio Log in 1973 shows
KYOK in Houston on 1590 kHz at 5000 watts. According to the FCC website
KYOK became KMIC in 1999, and is now a Disney station.

Anyone know anything about KATL?

I don't think this station exists anymore does it?

I've got someone's card: King H. Robinson - General Manager. Seems that in
the 1940's (year of this card I think) the station was located in State
National Bulding. TIA.
