Channel 59, 20,000 watts ERP, 24 hour license. Can go
HD digital.

Rehoboth Beach for the "unwashed" is possibly the
richest city in America for a community with a Winter
population of under 5,000. The Winter population (2000
census)is 1495. They get about 2.7 million visitors
per year!

This is a joint venture. There is an element of risk
and you could lose all or part of your investment. You

The question is how do you _make_ rich people want low power TV? Almost
certainly that means getting onto a local cable system and providing
targeted programming.
