Default How many listeners can hear WABC-AM ?

How many people can get decent reception for daytime WABC-AM. I'd
guess half the population of NY State, plus all of NJ which is about
20 milllion people. And they get into PA and CT, good for a few
million.

I say 26 million, based on the intermediate loop on this signal map:

Is there a better number ?
