It don't matter were you live, if you live in a so called bad area it don't

Try moving to a posher area where the clientele are of superior breeding and move out from the trailer park.. By the way, I have heard all the undesirables have now gone to Amateur radio thanks to that "farcical" Foundation Licence thing that most G licensee's go on about so much.
