Are you ****ing kidding? Damn, I don't even have anything against you, but even that is a really lame excuse. The components were very expensive for that amplifier... we used nothing but premium electrical and chassis components... to say nothing of the finest grade FR4 pc board material. That stuff doesn't come cheap! That amplifier was also very labor intensive to build. Just wasn't worth all the trouble to offer a unit of that high quality. http://www.telstar-electronics.com/d...cialOffers.htm |

The point is that you can't sell them at a price that would be worthwhile. I know that only too well... www.telstar-electronics.com Then why start in the first place? You post your 'inventions' on this board and then back away. Buyer beware... So you won't back your product any more? No customer service? What's the person that actually bought the amp suppose to do when it goes bad? This assumes that your buddy Gunsmoke bought one. |

Sometimes, due to changes in costs... the profit margin is negatively impacted. This is covered in business 101... lol The product that is in the field is still fully supported at http://www.telstar-electronics.com/d...uctsupport.htm www.telstar-electronics.com |

That is 2 layer FR4 0.062 thick. That includes silkscreen and solder mask. That is with 5 day delivery. 10 day delivery will be about $2 per board less. IF you do about 5000 boars you should be around $6 per board. You can have a Chinese house do it for about $4 per board in 5K quantity . james |
