Default U.S. callbooks from around 1980?

Around 1980 (possibly earlier) I had a U.S. CB callsign. I've long since
lost the actual license. I was wondering if there were ever CB callbooks
from that era and one could find them online.

I know that it is no longer necessary to have a license, I just wanted
to find out what it was.

Thanks, Geoff.
