Ha! I hear ya'! I've been looking at yankee land to buy....somewhere to
spend summers of the coming golden years.....come back here for winters.
Thing is. I'm looking for acreage with definite mountain terrain, water
access (trout stream, lake) and most important of all,,,,,no neighbors.
Alabama, SC and Georgia are too flat for what I'm looking for, Tennessee
is becoming a haven for disenfranchised Floridians,..that leaves maybe
western Virginia or extreme nw NC where it borders TN. Guess I'll be on
another DX circuit up yonder g.
