Every time they start swearing,do this! Transmit a 1040hz. tone into your mic. and LOCK your mic down for about 10-15 min. or until they get the idea?
This will create a nasty headache unless they turn off their radio!

Typical technician, telling people to break the rules.

Makes you wonder if he ever read parts 95 & 97.

In case you haven't noticed,in the REAL world there are NO rules in the 11 meter band!! The FCC made their bed in that band,so now they have to sleep in it!! To get the idiots to stop swearing it will take real consequences to make you listen to reason!! Part 95 & 97 are no longer a threat now!!
If you can't hear anything but a LOUD high pitch tone for extended periods, then you WILL stop swearing or shut it off!!

Hello Scott,

Won't work well on 2 meters (or 220, 6 meters, or 440 either). Capture
effect, you know, and the inverse square rule prevent problems from any
great distance. Then again, should you actually attract attention, you'll
never know what hit ya
